Document Check Survey, thirteenth round: registration

We are the team building an automatic check of the document sets your office prepares for the Dubai Land Department: before a file is submitted, the check looks at whether every document the service needs is there and whether the documents agree with each other. We ask you because only your office knows how the work is really done, and we turn each answer into a rule of that check or into a correction of our own reading. Each question names your own folder the way it appears in your records (date and folder number), what is inside it, and what confused us - no names, contract numbers or ID numbers. If a question quotes one of your earlier answers, we are asking to make it more precise, not to test you. One question, about 3 minutes; your answer is saved as soon as you give it.
